I'm a single mother, raising my daughter the best I can. I've been diagnosed with Manic Depression (or BiPolar Disorder), Social Anxiety (mild Agoraphobia), and PTSD.

I started this blog as part of my therapy, and invite anyone and everyone to join me on this journey. I don't want to be known by my diagnosis, but I also am not going to hide behind it.
